Elon Musk – Now being a CEO facing a huge challenge right now, where it is evident that Tesla is completely targeted and he needs to ensure the change in all Human Resource policies to gain more confidentiality from all the employers towards the organization. Even 1% of unsatisfactory can demolish the entire Tesla in the current situation. The Employees and the World is waiting for his moves on how he is going to be successful down the line.

An employee of Gigafactory blown whistle which turned down $1 million for Tesla.

Act of Attack:

Earlier this month, a 27-year-old Russian man named Egor Igorevich Kriuchkov met an old associate who now worked at Tesla at a bar in Reno.

He offered the staff $500,000 to install malware on the company’s computer network that would be used to ransom its data for millions of dollars. Wherein they could steal a company’s proprietary data which will be shared with the hacker’s server and typically threaten to go public with it if tesla didn’t pay the ransom.

The employee played a clear move by accepting the offer and informing it to his company and the FBI.

Where FBI set in motion with an operation, with the pieces of information shared by the employee, agents arrested Kriuchkov in Los Angeles as he was attempting to leave the US.

During the operation, the FBI came to know the previous attack’s from this group.

Earlier this month, the cruise company Carnival and Garmin revealed that they suffered ransomware attacks. Travelex recently paid $2.3 million to resolve a ransomware attack, and of course, multiple cities — AtlantaBaltimore and New Orleans — have been hit by similar cybercrimes.

And on investigation Kriuchkov allegedly claimed that another insider they had used at a different company still hadn’t been caught after three and a half years.

No matter whatever the organization you are administering honesty and loyal employees only can save your organization.
